With the help of our friend Julie, we had our first ever Manitos promotional event. Julie, who is living in China, provided an abundance of cashmere items to sell. All proceeds went to Manitos. It was so successful that we are hoping to do it again in the Fall. Stay tuned as I am hoping to also provide some local Paraguayan filigree jewelry.
It was a fun event and the outpouring of support for our mission was very touching.
